1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Hireloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Service scope
Hireloom provides tools for resume tailoring, cover letter generation, and application tracking. AI-generated content is assistive only and may require your review and editing before use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or to violate others' rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption.
- Upload malicious content, malware, or abusive material.
- Use automation that causes excessive load or abuse.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Hireloom a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
6. Billing and paid plans
Paid features may be offered on subscription and one-time plans. Pricing and plan terms are shown at checkout. Subscription renewals, cancellation, and payment handling are managed through Stripe.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or legal/safety reasons.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Ireland will generally handle disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
